SafeSmart Access is undergoing a new design for an aluminium platform to service the Airbus A380 and the Boeing 747 and 787 Dreamliner. This revolutionary mobile platform will allow maintenance checks to be conducted with ease. The height adjustable platform comes standard with a manual geared winch or can be fitted with an optional electric winch. This world class versatile platform will be a first for the aviation sector and has been designed on request by international airlines. The platform gives full access to the wings and roof of the aircraft models permitting standard routine tasks to be piloted quickly and efficiently without tying up larger machinery or docking stages.
