SCS had been using a scaffold-based bridge on site. While effective at the outset, the system had become increasingly inefficient and costly to maintain:
- Weekly inspections were required for compliance

- The site layout forced teams to navigate around the existing bridge, adding to walk times
- It was estimated that over a total of 3 man-hours per day had been spent walking around the scaffold bridge

Following a site visit on 7th March, our team worked closely with SCS to understand their operational needs and site constraints. By 24th March, we had designed and quoted a off the shelf solution to replace the scaffold bridge entirely.
