At a busy scaffolding yard, every square metre of space counts.
Stellar Scaffolding’s new headquartes needed additional office space, but couldn’t afford to lose valuable parking bays or restrict vehicle movements around the yard. A traditional ground-level office wasn’t going to work.
Instead, they required a solution capable of supporting fully loaded site office cabins while keeping the space below completely open and accessible for parking. The structure also needed to provide safe public access to the elevated offices and be constructed using a system that offered both high load capacity and installation efficiency.

The Solution
Using ProScaf, Stellar Scaffolding constructed a high-load gantry structure spanning their existing parking area, creating a robust platform to support multiple site office cabins above.
The modular design of ProScaf enabled the structure to be erected within the confined working environment of the yard with minimal disruption to daily operations. Standard ProScaf propping components efficiently transferred the imposed loads while maintaining completely unobstructed parking and vehicle access beneath the gantry.
Integrated public access staircases were incorporated into the design, providing safe, compliant access for both staff and visitors while seamlessly connecting the ground level to the elevated office accommodation.

The completed structure transformed the functionality of Stellar Scaffolding’s headquarters.
By elevating the office cabins, the business gained valuable workspace without sacrificing essential parking or operational access. The clear-span gantry maximised the site’s footprint, while the modular nature of ProScaf enabled a fast, efficient installation.
